About

Traditions Malta is a testimony to the many skills, crafts and traditions that have shaped everyday life on the Maltese Islands.

Situated in San Anton Gardens (Attard) and surrounded by a botanical delight of mature trees, old stone urns, fountains, ponds and formal flower beds the exhibition recreates the daily life of the Maltese people in centuries past.

We will take you back in time and let you experience the art of lace making, cotton spinning, cloth weaving, glass blowing, stone carving, clock making, pottery, canework, filigree, gilding and the creation of clay.
